My story with numbers began long before Terracotta Bookkeeping. Growing up in Ukraine, my love for mathematics started at an early age, inspired by my grandfather, a mathematics professor who began teaching me when I was just five years old.

I began my university education in Ukraine, where I ranked among the top 1% of students while pursuing a Presidential Scholarship. After moving to the United States, I transferred my education and continued my studies here, building a career in accounting and bookkeeping that has now spanned more than 12 years.

Bookkeeping became more than my profession—it became something I genuinely love. Today, I get to do what I do best: bring clarity to the numbers, care for my clients’ books, and help business owners feel confident about the businesses they’ve worked so hard to build.
The Story Behind Terracotta Bookkeeping

Over the years, I saw how often business owners felt overwhelmed by their finances—not because they weren’t capable, but because bookkeeping was taking their time and attention away from the work and the people they truly loved.

After building my life in the United States, I got married and became a mom to our daughter. My family is at the heart of everything I do and has shaped the way I think about time, purpose, and building something meaningful.

I created Terracotta Bookkeeping with those values in mind—to offer reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeping built on genuine care and clear communication. My goal is simple: to give business owners confidence in their numbers and more freedom to focus on what matters most to them.
